Can I meet my cleaner first?
Yes of course you can! We will be in your home and we understand what a big deal that is to you. We want to have a relationship with you that is based on trust and so we really look forward to meeting with you.
Do you need to keep a set of keys for my home?
If you are not going to be home when we clean then we will need a set of keys. We keep them separate from all addresses and have been holding keys for our client’s homes for many years now and we are excellent at keeping them safe.
Do you supply your own cleaning products?
We use environmentally friendly products and bring them with us, so no need for you to worry about constantly stocking up while you are out shopping.
Do I pay extra at weekends?
Absolutely not.
